Who we are..
Dimitris Svobos and Associates Law office
was founded in 1987 and first operated at Piraeus.
Dimitris Svobos was born in Korydallos. Graduating from the local public high school he was admitted to the Faculty of Law of the Athens State University from which he graduated with honors winning a scholarship from the Kritskis Foundation.
During his law studies he completed English language courses at the British Council as well as Italian language courses at the Casa D'italia. During 1984-1985 he completed his internship and while he was as a trainee lawyer at the Piraeus Bar Association. He has been an active member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 1986. He is a member of the New Democracy party, of the Vouliagmeni Naval Group and the Athenian Club.

has been dealing with Criminal and Civil Law since 1987. For the last 20 years we have focused on the Immigration Law (residence permit, naturalization, political asylum, Golden Visa), and also on Real Estate (purchase - sale of real estate, real estate control, 5-year residence permit - Golden Visa in both Greek and international level).
In particular, our law office provides services to both individual and legal entities. We also specialize in fields of pension grants, state benefits-annuities, lump sums, tax policies, insurance companies’ policies loan arrangements for over-indebted households.
